Asthma is considered to be a very dangerous disease. This respiratory disease makes a person’s breathing difficult during its attack and if not treated properly this can cause death. This chronic respiratory disease is triggered by stress and other allergens such as food and liquor. Asthma can be treated through medicine and other practices such as exercise but the main thing about asthma is that we cannot predict when and where it will attack. One of the most difficult things when a person is attacked with asthma is the obstruction of air passage way that makes it hard to breath during attacks. The best way to be prepared for this incident is to have a portable oxygen concentrator. This device is safe and cheaper compared to conventional oxygen tanks available in the market today. Having this device in our houses can help give remedial measures to anyone that is suddenly attacked by asthma and needs to be brought to a hospital after being stabilized by providing oxygen. In the end discipline and exercise and help minimize asthma attacks but it is also wise to be prepared for any untoward incident that might affect the future of a person and his family forever.

Protection at sea

One of the most horrific accidents in the history of mankind is sea tragedies. It is considered to be among the deadliest and most traumatic accidents for its victim and his family alike. For travellers that are not frequent on the sea this accident has a very little probability on happening if the vessel they will be riding is on top condition and its officers are dedicated on protecting the life of their passenger. For sea men and other people that make a living going to the sea this clear and present danger is always present on their everyday life. Sea men, dock workers, cruise ship employees and members of the gas industry must be protected always and make sure that their interest and the future of their families are ensured. Laws such as the Gulf Coast Jones Act are one of the laws that give sea going people the protection and upholding their rights as a person. In the end these people also have families and no amount of money or legal coverage can replace the life of a person. The company and it ship crew must work hand in hand to maintain its vessels and make sure that their interest on business must be protected at all times.

Running Images

Remembering my younger years, and I mean really young, when I was learning how to use our computer, the area that I loved tweaking is the display of the desktop. I remembered the nature images preloaded, pre-installed by the computer guy, running randomly on screen. And I used to downloading different themes because I love watching slideshowsof images when it is on screensaver mode. But now I am not into downloading any stuff as I fear my computer will catch viruses and anything that are not desirable. I have lots of important files and issues concerning security is always worrying me.

Summer Fever

I have been very envious of people my age flaunting their bodies on beaches. Summer had just ended and despite of my hopes of wearing sexy and appealing attire, it won’t let me do it. It was always my goal to wear them during summer, for the last two years, but when summer comes, it always disappoints me coz I always gain weight during this period. Pathetic! And now I am having another extension for the next year! Whew! I have to discipline myself and start taking quicktrim reviews. Summer 2011, you’re mine! :D

Salt

Hmmmmm it was I think January that the movie Salt, which Angelina Jolie leads, had been introduced to the public through its trailer in cinemas and now I don’t know if it will still be released in the Philippines. My friends are constantly waiting for this to be shown and I’m not pretty sure if it has been released already, maybe we had just overlooked it, preoccupied with our own busy schedules. Yet, I am still hopeful this will be shown in theaters soon.

Burning belly fats

Just perfect for something to write about! A friend boast about spending his time doing sit-ups recently. Now he’s a bit conscious of his looks. I wonder how long he will be doing the activity until he reach his desired result. I would want to have it six-packed but I think it will take long before it will be generated. I’m excited how it will turn out as I am also trying to have a great body too. The next time we’ll talk, I will recommend him to visit buringbellyfat.org so that he can have a sexy abs in short time.

Health benefits

When I was staying in a friend’s house I was also able to meet his housemates. During daytime, I was the only one left in the house and as usual, I lock myself in the room and attend to my computer. But there was a time, three consecutive days, that I was left with this housemate of his. She was sick so she stayed in the house. Stress from work perhaps as she works 12 hours a day. Strange is that it is her regular working hours. I thought she was charged overtime pay. And when I got to ask my friend if she was entitled for a health benefit, he said no. Worse is that she is not paid when she doesn’t work.

Health is definitely important so we need to spare a percentage of our earnings for a health savings account. We do not know what will happen to us in the near future. The money we earn from working may not be enough to spend for our medication. It’s better to be prepared for the worst case scenarios.

Adjusting

Written by vinkoy on in: what I did |

For a week I have been in an adjustment period. Everything seems to be starting from the very beginning and I am not used to this. Starting anew is something that gives me pressure; pressure on how to start things again. Difficult. I am still trying to get the mood on how to live my day again, from responsibilities to the old regular life I had. Hope this will only last this week as I should not be stalling so long.

Hair Care

Written by vinkoy on in: what I did |

I had my hair exploited with chemicals trying to have a different look. And this somehow worried me as it is starting to get damaged and might eventually be on loss. I am taking hair treatment everyday so it gets back to its healthy state so to prevent hair loss.

My friend who is also having problem with hair loss is taking medication from his doctor. But his is different from me as he has alopecia condition due to intense stress from work, and of life maybe. Ooops! That tells me not to take life too seriously.. Now that is something to be worried of again.
